Service Description

Welcome to So Good Events So Good Events offers a spacious 2,500 sq. ft. event venue, thoughtfully equipped with essential amenities to make your experience seamless. The space includes a refrigerator, and open counter space for your convenience—perfect for light food service or vendor use. Our venue comfortably accommodates up to 166 guests with flexible seating options, including:     •    Folding chairs     •    Banquet-style chairs     •    Head-of-table chairs Whether you’re planning a corporate meeting, seminar, workshop, baby shower, or social gathering, So Good Events provides the ideal setting for a successful and memorable occasion. Enjoy full access to the space from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. * Additional $100 refundable security deposit already in price for 4 hour rentals. Please review full rental policy before booking. *

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing So Good Events as your celebration destination! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review our rental policies below 1. Reservation & Payment     •    All reservations are final and non-refundable. Once your date and time are confirmed, it is secured exclusively for your event. Rental Deposit Policy An addition $100 refundable security deposit due at key pick up for "Full Day Venue Rental" and "8-Hour Venue Rental" only. This deposit serves as a security hold for the return of the venue key and proper reset of the event space. Please Note: If any damage is found, or if the venue is not properly cleaned and reset according to policy, the deposit will be withheld to cover necessary repairs or cleaning costs. 2. Rental Time     •    Your rental includes access to the venue only during the time block selected. This includes setup, event duration, and cleanup.     •    Please plan accordingly and ensure all guests, vendors, and decorations are removed by the end of your rental period.     •    Additional time must be arranged in advance and may incur additional fees. 3. Setup & Cleanup     •    You may arrive at the start of your reserved time to begin setting up.     •    All personal items, decorations, and trash must be removed or placed in designated bins by the end of your rental.     •    A cleaning fee may apply if the space is not returned to its original condition. 4. Decorations & Use of Space     •    You are welcome to bring your own decor; however, no nails, staples, or permanent adhesives may be used on walls or surfaces.     •    Candles must be enclosed in glass containers. 5. Liability     •    The renter is responsible for the behavior and actions of all guests.     •    Any damage to the venue or property during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter and may result in additional charges. 6. Event Type & Occupancy     •    SoGoodEvents reserves the right to approve all event types.     •    Event capacity limits must be followed at all times for safety and comfort. 7. Alcohol & Catering     •    If alcohol is being served, it must comply with local laws and be served by a licensed vendor, if required.     •    Outside food and catering are allowed. By submitting payment, you agree to all terms listed above and confirm your understanding of SoGoodEvents’ policies.
